Radiator, Fuel, and Transmission Cooling Fins Cleaning
Machine parked safely and engine allowed to cool
Hood raised, side panel removed and grille slid up
Radiator screen (C) slid up out of retaining slot
Screen cleaned with compressed air, brush, or cloth
Cleaned parts with compressed air or water
Grille slid down, side panel installed and hood lowered
Front Axle Thrust Bolt Torque Maintenance
Park machine safely
Raise front axle off ground to take machine weight off the front axle
Loosen nut (A)
Tighten thrust bolt (B)
Oscillate axle from stop to stop
Enter the torque reading
Tighten back nut
Lower front axle back to ground
Sign off on the Front Axle Thrust Bolt Torque Maintenance
200 Hourly Maintenance
Run engine to warm the oil
Park machine safely
Place drain pan under oil drain plug (A), under side of engine
Remove drain plug
Wipe dirt from around oil filter (B)
Turn filter counterclockwise to remove
Put a light coat of clean engine oil on gasket of new filter
Install replacement oil filter by turning filter clockwise until gasket contacts filter base. Tighten additional one half turn
Install drain plug. Do not overtighten
Safety Interlock System Testing
Warning: Ensure you have read the machine operator manual and are familiar with the operation of the machine before performing these safety system checks.
Perform these tests in a clear open area. Keep bystanders away.
Test the Neutral Start Switch: Sit on the operator seat, disengage PTO, move the transmission range lever to the H (high) or L (low) position, turn key switch to START position. Engine must not start.
Test the Seat Switch: Sit on the operator seat, do not depress the hydrostatic travel pedals, lock park brake, start engine, press PTO switch, raise up slightly from the operator seat. Do not dismount machine. Engine must shut down within 1 second.
Test the Rear PTO Switch: Sit on the operator seat, lock park brake, move transmission range lever to the N (neutral) position, press PTO switch to the engaged/on position, turn key to START position. Engine must not start.
Sign off on the safety interlock system testing

Test safety system
Check engine oil level
Park the machine safely
Remove dipstick (A), at the right side of the engine. Wipe with a clean cloth
Install dipstick
Remove dipstick
Check oil level on dipstick. Oil level should be between levels (B) and (C) on dipstick
If oil level is low: Raise hood, Remove right side panel, Remove oil fill cap (D), Add recommended engine oil until level is within operating range on dipstick. Do not overfill, Install dipstick
If oil is above LEVEL (B) on dipstick, drain to the proper level
