Verify the temperature on the control panel display

Condensate is drained regularly.

Filter mesh of the condensate drain system is clean.

Sign off on the air dryer check

Dryer disconnected from electrical supply and depressurized to 0 bar

Electrical connector unscrewed and removed from the service unit

4 screws that hold the unit unscrewed

Service Unit removed from the drain

Four screws screwed into housing

Dryer connected to power supply

Before attempting any maintenance operation, make sure that:

No parts of the system are under pressure.

No parts of the system are electrically powered.

Check if the flexible tube used for condensate drainage is damaged and replace it if necessary.

Check if all connecting pipes are properly tightened and fixed.

At the end of the above mentioned operations, check if the dryer is working properly.

Clean the condenser with compressed air, taking care not to damage the condenser fins.

At the end of the above mentioned operations, check if the dryer is working properly.

Check the condition of any filters installed with and inside the dryer. Replace elements as needed.

Refer to the 'Filters for Compressed Air' manual for correct servicing procedures.
