Inspect Starter box power drive filter element

Replace Food-grade Filter Module

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Compressor brought up to operating temperature

Compressor isolated from the external air system

Emergency stop pressed to vent the separator tank and airend

Note: Fixed speed compressors can take more than two minutes to fully de-pressurize once stopped

Sample drawn from the separator tank port using a pump kit

Warning: DO NOT draw a sample from the drain port or oil filter

New hose used on the pump for each sample

No-loss condensate drain service module replaced?

Premium Coolant (Ultra/FG) replaced?

Inlet valve service kit serviced?

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

If hoses are not brittle or aged, skip the replacement procedure

Upload a photo of the drained coolant

If the coolant is contaminated, replace with new coolant

New hose installed successfully?

Warning: The MPCV should be frequently tested and regularly maintained. If operating conditions are severe, increase the frequency of testing and maintenance.

Is the MPCV removed from the compressor for testing?

Note the severity of the operating environment

The MPCV is installed as part of combination block.

Is the MPCV tested and re-calibrated in accordance with any national or local codes?

If no code exists, Ingersoll Rand recommends that the valve is recalibrated at intervals of one year by a licensed contractor or qualified service personnel.
