If hoses are not brittle or aged, skip the replacement procedure

Upload a photo of the drained coolant

If the coolant is contaminated, replace with new coolant

New hose installed successfully?

Warning: Ensure the compressor is electrically isolated for at least 15 minutes, before commencing any maintenance work

Is the compressor isolated from the system?

Is the compressed air within the compressor fully discharged?

Is the tube removed from the fitting located on the bottom of the moisture separator?

Is the bowl of the moisture trap removed?

Is the bowl of the moisture trap cleaned and replaced?

Sign off on the condensate drain cleaning

Replace Extended-life Premium Coolant (Ultra EL)

Replace Starter box power drive filter element

Replace Package pre-filter element

Compressor brought up to operating temperature

Compressor isolated from the external air system

Emergency stop pressed to vent the separator tank and airend

Note: Fixed speed compressors can take more than two minutes to fully de-pressurize once stopped

Sample drawn from the separator tank port using a pump kit

Warning: DO NOT draw a sample from the drain port or oil filter

New hose used on the pump for each sample
