Steering axle spindles lubricated

Debris cleaned from radiator core

Engine idle speed GM V-6 checked

Engine idle speed diesel checked

Engine governor speed GM V-6 checked

Engine governor speed diesel checked

Clutch, brake and inching/brake pedals adjusted

Change air filter element GM V-6 EPA Compliant Engine

Check air filter GM V-6 EPA Compliant Engine

Check the crankcase breather after every oil change

Lubricate drive shaft and universal joints

Sign off on the forklift maintenance

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Inspect engine vacuum and fuel lines and fittings

Inspect lock off for leaks and ensure lock off closing

Test LPG/gas regulator pressure

Inspect low pressure regulator for oil buildup and leaks

Check air induction system for leaks
