Clean and inspect service brakes

Inspect engine vacuum, fuel lines and fittings

Inspect lock off for leaks and ensure lock off closing

Test LPG/gas regulator pressure

Check indicator light of oxygen sensor

Inspect low pressure regulator for oil buildup and leaks

Check air induction system for leaks

Check manifold for vacuum leaks

Check throttle shaft for sticking

Check diesel engine oil PERKINS 4.2482 level

Check diesel engine oil PERKINS 1004-42 level

Check diesel engine oil PERKINS 1104C-44 level

Check powershift transmission oil level

Check oil clutch system oil level

Lubricate clutch, brake and inching/brake pedals

Lubricate pedals, levers, linkages, cables, hinges, seat rails

Sign off on the forklift lubrication

Debris cleaned from radiator core

Condition and operation of the mast, carriage and lift chains checked

Condition of the lift chains checked

Hydraulic tank breather cleaned or replaced

NOTE! Very dirty conditions require daily check and cleaning

Lubricate Transmission drive Shaft

Lubricate hydraulic pump drive shaft

Check air filter GM V--6 EPA Compliant Engine

Replace Engine Oil Filter GM V-6

Check crankcase breather GM V-6

Sign off on the forklift maintenance
