Check hydraulic pump motor brushes condition

Change brake linkage and shafts

Check differential and speed reducer oil level

Check integral sideshaft carriage bearings for wear

Sign off on the forklift maintenance

Lubricate mast sliding surfaces

Lubricate steering tie rods and spindles

Sign off on the forklift lubrication

Adjust parking brake as necessary

Check differential and speed reducer oil level

Clean hydraulic tank breather. Replace if it is necessary

Check seat brake condition. Adjust if it is necessary

Sign off on the hydraulic system change

Lubricate parking brake linkage

Lubricate fork pins and guides as necessary

Lubricate hinges, levers, linkage, pedals and seat rails

Lubricate seat plate and seat brake pivots

Sign off on the forklift lubrication
