Check belt tension (Haas Barfeeder)

Sign off on the lathe maintenance

- Inspect the axis lubrication hoses for cracking

- Perform an Axis Lubrication Test

- Inspect the oil skimmer pickup tube

- Inspect the pneumatic hoses for cracking

- Completely clean the coolant tank and replace the coolant (Standard Coolant System)

- Verify coolant refill is operating correctly (Standard Coolant System)

- Perform Spindle Lubrication Test

Ballscrews/Linear guides equipped with zerk fitting Monthly or weekly if cutting absorbent materials

Clean vector drive air vents / filter of electrical cabinet

Inspect waycovers and lubricate enclosure

Inspect the oil level of gearbox

Inspect turret coolant lines for chips (Standard Coolant System)

Inspect lubrication tank level of spindle

Inspect the oil level of Hydraulics

Inspect enclosure window for damage

Inspect the enclosure door interlock operation

Clean the filter screen of Standard Coolant System as required

Replace the oil filter - Parker Hydraulic Unit

Replace the oil filter - Rexroth Hydraulic Unit

Replace the oil filter - Haas Hydraulic Unit - SL

Is it time to change the Hydraulic fluid? (Every 2 years or as needed per conditions)

Sign off on the hydraulics maintenance
