Dismantling the diaphragm and valves
Make system pressureless
Empty dosing head before maintenance and flush if necessary
Set pump to 'Stop' operating state using the [Start/stop] key
Press the [Start/stop] and [100%] keys to put the diaphragm into 'out' position
Ensure returning liquid is safely collected
Dismantle hoses and valves
Remove the cover (9)
Loosen screws (8) on the dosing head (7) and remove with discs

Is there any liquid leaking from the drain opening on the dosing head?
Is the drain opening blocked or soiled?
Dosing Head and Valves Inspection
Is there any liquid leaking from the dosing head or valves?
Tighten dosing head screws with a torque wrench to 6 (+1) Nm if necessary.
Are the valves and cap nuts tightened properly?
Is there a service requirement present at the pump display?
Deaeration Valve Replacement
Preparation
Put on the stipulated personal protective equipment.
Switch off the power supply.
Make system pressureless.
Take suitable steps to ensure that the returning liquid is safely collected.
Dismantling the Deaeration Valve
Empty dosing head and flush it if necessary.
Dismantle deaeration line.
Manually unscrew deaeration screw (1).
DLD Sensor Replacement
Put on the stipulated personal protective equipment
Switch off the power supply
Make system pressureless
Take suitable steps to ensure that the returning liquid is safely collected
Empty dosing head and flush it if necessary
Disconnect DLD signal connection
Carefully unscrew DLD sensor (9) with an open-end spanner that fits accurately
Replace gasket (9a)
Carefully screw in the new sensor into the dosing head with an open-end spanner that fits accurately
