Gardner Denver Rotary Table Bearing RT-37.5

Warning: Lubrication should be done by trained personnel only

Lubricate Labyrinth Seals (Upper and Lower) with Sodium Based Gun Grease (Texaco Marfax No.2 or equivalent). Grease while rotating table very slowly. Use 1/2 lb of gun grease in upper seal and 1/2 lb in lower seal.

Lubricate Pinion Bearings with Sodium Based Gun Grease (Texaco Marfax No.2 or equivalent). 3 or 4 'shots' per bearing.

Lubricate Lock Assembly with Sodium Based Gun Grease (Texaco Marfax No.2 or equivalent). 3 or 4 'shots' per bearing.

Check level of Fluid in Oil Reservoir and add as necessary to proper fill point.

Sign off on the daily rotary table bearing lubrication
