Keel Roller Adjustment for EZ Port MAX

Gather necessary tools: Phillips Screwdriver

Select the desired position for the keel roller

Loosen 4 screws (Item 3) and remove them

Remove roller (Item 1) and spacers (Item 2)

Replace roller as shown in illustration

Insert the small bow section into the holes near the front of the entry section

Push the small bow section down firmly into the holes

Install bolts for small bow section

Place the full bow section onto the front of the entry section

Align the front of the full bow section with the front of the entry section

Clean the EZ Port MAX using a brush, mild cleaning agent, and water.

Use a diluted bleach solution for stubborn stains.

Use a power washer if convenient.

Check if the shoreline area has ice pressure pushes, wind blown ice, or other ice flows.

Remove or disconnect the dock from the moorings if ice pressure is present.

Remove pipes or piles to prevent bending due to ice pressure.

Ensure you have the following tools and parts

Adjustment for Long Axel Spoke Roller (250040)

Verify the model of EZ Port MAX is compatible with the long axel spoke roller

Adjust the number of spacer links below the roller to 2

Adjust the number of spacer links above the roller to 3

Is the roller positioned correctly for docking and launching?

Adjustment for Short Axel Spoke Roller (250041)

Verify the model of EZ Port MAX is compatible with the short axel spoke roller

Align the EZ Port MAX Easy-Lift Entry to the EZ Dock Port MAX Extension

Use counter balance weight if necessary

Couple the EZ Port MAX Easy-Lift Entry and EZ Dock Port MAX Extension using two EZ Dock Port to Port Coupler Kits

Ensure only flat surfaces are used as walking surfaces
