Insert the small bow section into the holes near the front of the entry section

Install bolts for small bow section

Place the full bow section onto the front of the entry section and align it

Install bolts and washers for full bow section

Verify a bow section is installed before use

Ensure you have the correct model and parts

Gather necessary tools for adjustment

Adjustment for Long Axel Spoke Roller (250040)

Verify the presence of long axel spoke roller on all six models

Adjust the roller position with two spacer links below and three above

Adjustment for Short Axel Spoke Roller (250041)

Verify the presence of short axel spoke roller on three models

Adjust the roller position with one spacer link on each side

Clean the EZ Port MAX using a brush, mild cleaning agent, and water.

Use a diluted bleach solution for stubborn stains.

Use a power washer if convenient.

Check if the shoreline area has ice pressure pushes, wind blown ice, or other ice flows.

Remove or disconnect the dock from the moorings if ice pressure is present.

Remove pipes or piles to prevent bending due to ice pressure.

Assembly of EZ Port MAX Easy-Lift Entry

Align the EZ Port MAX Easy-Lift Entry to an EZ Dock Port MAX Extension

Ensure both parts are level on the water and at the same elevation

Is a counter balance weight needed to offset the installer's weight?

Couple the parts using two EZ Dock Port to Port Coupler Kits

Ensure only flat surfaces are used as walking surfaces
