Ensure you have the correct roller kit for your model

Identify the current position of the roller and spacer links on the shaft

Is the roller positioned too high or too low?

Reposition the roller and spacer links on the shaft as needed

Enter the number of adjustments made to achieve the correct position

Verify the recommended roller position for your model

Insert the small bow section into the holes near the front of the entry section

Install bolts for small bow section

Place the full bow section onto the front of the entry section and align it

Install bolts and washers for full bow section

Refer to page 12 for in-line EZ Port MAX applications

Keel Roller Adjustment for EZ Port MAX

Ensure the following tools are available

Loosen 4 screws (Item 3) and remove them.

Select the desired roller position

Remove roller (Item 1) and spacers (Item 2).

Replace roller as shown in illustration for Position 1.

Align the EZ Port MAX Easy-Lift Entry to the EZ Dock Port MAX Extension

Use counter balance weight if necessary

Couple the EZ Port MAX Easy-Lift Entry and EZ Dock Port MAX Extension using two EZ Dock Port to Port Coupler Kits

Ensure only flat surfaces are used as walking surfaces

Clean the EZ Port MAX using a brush, mild cleaning agent, and water.

Use a diluted bleach solution for stubborn stains.

Use a power washer if convenient.

Check if the shoreline area has ice pressure pushes, wind blown ice, or other ice flows.

Remove or disconnect the dock from the moorings if ice pressure is present.

Remove pipes or piles to prevent bending due to ice pressure.
