Align the EZ Port MAX Easy-Lift Entry to an EZ Dock Port MAX Extension

Ensure both parts are level on the water and at the same elevation

Is a counter balance weight needed to offset the installer's weight?

Couple the parts using two EZ Dock Port to Port Coupler Kits

Ensure only flat surfaces are used as walking surfaces

Keel Roller Adjustment for EZ Port MAX

Gather necessary tools: Phillips Screwdriver

Adjust Keel Roller to Desired Position

Select the desired position for the keel roller

Loosen 4 screws (Item 3) and remove them

For Position 1: Remove roller (Item 1) and spacers (Item 2). Replace roller and place spacers on top of axle plate. Install screws and tighten.

For Position 3: Remove roller (Item 1) and spacers (Item 2). Replace roller and place spacers on top of axle plate. Install screws and tighten.

For Position 4: Remove roller (Item 1). Replace roller with spacers (Item 2) below plate. Install screws and tighten.

Ensure you have the correct model and parts

Adjustment for Long Axel Spoke Roller (250040)

Verify the presence of two spacer links below the roller

Verify the presence of three spacer links above the roller

Is the roller positioned correctly?

Adjustment for Short Axel Spoke Roller (250041)

Verify the presence of one spacer link on each side of the roller

Is the roller positioned correctly?

Insert the small bow section into the holes near the front of the entry section

Install bolts for small bow section

Place the full bow section onto the front of the entry section and align it

Install bolts and washers for full bow section

Refer to page 12 for in-line EZ Port MAX applications

Clean the EZ Port MAX using a brush, mild cleaning agent, and water

Use a diluted bleach solution for stubborn stains

Use a power washer if convenient

Is there ice pressure in the shoreline area?

Remove or disconnect the dock from the moorings if ice pressure is present

Remove pipes or piles to prevent bending due to ice pressure
