Specify lubrication frequency if running in severe conditions

Review submittal record for filter quantities, sizes, and types

Is the unit operating with high levels of outside air?

Inspect filters for the following conditions

Check if filters are plugged or excessively dirty

Remove filters if operating in heavy frost or snow areas during winter months

Clean high velocity permanent filters by rinsing with water and shaking off excess water

Verify that no interlock or safety switches are bypassed

Check and tighten all electrical connections to

Reconnect power after servicing

Ensure surfaces are completely dry

Use a nylon brush to remove any loose scale

Roughen up areas to be repaired with a wire brush

Vacuum fins or the affected area to ensure any loose residue is gone

Spray or brush Heresite® S-440 solvent (or equivalent cleaner) to dissolve any oils or grease

Allow one hour for the solvent to dissolve completely

Verify all interlock and safety switches are engaged

Check and tighten electrical connections to the following components

Is the power restored safely after servicing?
