Remove filters from units with high levels of outside air during winter months in areas with heavy frost or snow

Use same size and type for replacement

Obtain replacement filters from Engineered Air representative

Were all connections checked and tightened as required?

Disconnect power before servicing

Ensure all interlock and safety switches are engaged

Check for signs of potential problems

Is sufficient airflow passing through the heater as marked on the unit rating plate?

Are there any areas of the coil elements glowing bright red when viewed in the dark with the unit operating?

Reconnect power after servicing
