100 Hourly Engine Oil Filter Replacement
CAUTION: Let the engine cool down in order to avoid any risk of scalding.
Open the right side hatch.
Unscrew the oil filter (1).
Lubricate the gasket of the new oil filter and tighten it 3/4 turn by hand after gasket contacts base.
Start the engine and bring it at operating temperature (70÷80 °C).
Turn off the engine, wait a few minutes until all the oil has flown in the pan and check the oil level.
CAUTION: Check for possible oil leaks.
Any oil leaks detected?
In case of leaks, immediately stop the engine and contact the Service Department.
100 Hourly Engine Oil Replacement
NOTICE: Before starting to replace the oil, please refer to the specific instructions found in the engine handbook.
Open the right side hatch and remove the filler cap (1)
Place a pan with a capacity of approximately 15 litres under the drain plug (located on the right hand side of the machine)
Remove the drain plug (2) and let all the oil flow into the pan
Replace the engine oil filter as indicated in paragraph 6.4.b
Fill-up with new oil according to the type indicated in the “Refuelling” table enclosed in the machine documentation
Wait a few minutes for the oil to deposit, then check the level on the dipstick (3)
Retighten the filler (1)
CAUTION: Check for possible oil leaks. In case of leaks, immediately stop the engine and contact the Service Department
1 Daily Street Sweeper Check
CAUTION: Daily check the points listed below to keep your vehicle in good order. These checks are additional and do not replace programmed maintenance.
Visually check the systems and make sure there are no leakages.
Visually check the pressure and wear of the tires.
Make sure that the hatches are regularly closed, that the container is completely lowered and that the various vehicle parts are fastened correctly.
Check the lights and horn and make sure they work correctly.
Check the brakes and their travel; make sure they work correctly.
WARNING: In case of any malfunction or any doubt about the machine’s functionality DO NOT use it and contact the Service Department.
WARNING: Unless otherwise specified by the engine builder, the checks described hereafter must be done when the engine is cold and turned off and the vehicle is level. Furthermore, it is forbidden to smoke or use free flames.

1 Weekly Axle End Reduction Gear Check
Warning: This check requires trained personnel with PPE!
Check that in the “A” area of the front and rear axle there is no oil fouling
Are there any oil leaks detected?
If oil leaks are detected, do not use the machine and apply to an authorised workshop
Sign off on the axle end reduction gear check
1 Weekly Brushes Efficiency Check
Enter the length of the side brush bristles in mm
Is the length of the side brush bristles above 120 mm?
Enter the length of the main brush bristles in mm
Is the length of the main brush bristles above 40 mm?
Does the main brush leave a uniform rectangular track on the ground?
Refer to paragraph 6-5 for instructions on how to adjust and replace the brushes
