Chips In Chip Pan Cleaning

Turn off the main power

Pull out the coolant tank

Sweep out the chips

Push in the coolant tank

Run this procedure

Air Service Unit Air Pressure Adjustment

Pull down the pressure adjusting knob

Turn to the left or right to adjust pressure

Check pressure gauge

Is the pressure gauge reading 5.5 kgf/cm²?

Push up the adjusting knob

WARNING: Never change the setting value without intention.

Run this procedure

Filter Regulator For Air Curtain Air Pressure Adjustment

Adjust the pressure knob

Pull up the pressure adjusting knob

Push down the adjusting knob

Turn the knob to adjust pressure

Turn the knob to the left or right

Check pressure gauge

Is the pressure within the normal range? (1.0kgf/cm2 or 0.1 Mpa)

Warning: Never change the setting value without intention

Coolant Tank Cleaning

Filter Maintenance

Pull filter out from tank

Wash or blow chips from filter - Air blowing

Put filter into tank

Tank Cleaning Procedure

Turn off the main power

Pull out the tank

Take apart the tank cover

Empty the tank

Run this procedure

Air Service Unit Pressure Switch Adjustment

Adjust air pressure to 4kgf/cm2

Refer to section 7.5.1 for guidance

Adjust pressure switch using the adjusting screw

Confirm Alarm state

Adjust air pressure back to initial state of 5.5kgf/cm2

Use pressure adjusting knob and pressure gage
