Air Service Unit Pressure Switch Adjustment

Adjust air pressure to 4kgf/cm2

Refer to 7.5.1 for guidance

Adjust pressure switch using the adjusting screw

Confirm Alarm state

Adjust air pressure to initial state of 5.5kgf/cm2

Use pressure adjusting knob and pressure gage

Pull filter out from tank

Wash or blow chips from filter - Air blowing

Put filter into tank

Tank Preparation

Turn off the main power

Pull out the tank

Take apart the tank cover

Tank Cleaning

Run this procedure

CAM / Ball Bearing Adjustment

Preparation

Use the hexagon socket wrench to loosen the fixing bolt of eccentric cover

Adjustment

Adjust the eccentric cover clockwise until cam and ball bearing evenly contact

Verification

Check that the cam and ball bearing are evenly contacting

Post Adjustment

Tighten the fixing bolt of eccentric cover

Run this procedure

Oil Cooler Setting Temperature Adjustment

Confirm 'SV = 03' on the operation panel

Adjust the value on the operation panel, if needed

Run this procedure

Air Service Unit Filter Cleaning

Cut off air supply - Locking cork

Disassembling filter cover - Locking latch

Take out filter - Check state

Cleaning filter with neutral detergent

Fix up filter and cover

Supply air - Locking cork
