Remove the electronic expansion valve coils

Remove the screw and remove the four way valve coil

Cooling only models have no four way valve coil

Open the putty and remove the liquid pipe thermistors

Reassemble: Align the edge of the thermistor and the fixture

Pull out the gas pipe thermistors

Be careful not to lose the clip

The positions of the clamp and outdoor heat exchanger thermistor differ depending on the model

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Remove the 4 screws of the top panel

Remove the 6 screws of the front panel

Unfasten the 4 hooks of the front panel

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly

Ensure no burns from heated pipes and parts

Ventilate the room if refrigerant gas leaks

Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire immediately if refrigerant oil catches fire

Environmental and Safety Cautions

Do not discharge refrigerant gas into the atmosphere; collect all refrigerant gas

Restore piping by non-oxidation brazing

Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Remove the screws of the right side panel

Remove the protection rubber. Note: There is a hook on the back.

Lift up and remove the right side panel.

Remove the 2 screws of the partition plate.

Detach the clamp of the relay harness for the compressor.

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Unfasten the hooks and remove the electrical box cover.

Detach the clamp and disconnect the connector [S70].

Release the fan motor core for the harness of [S70].

Disconnect the connectors for the electronic expansion valve coil.

Disconnect the connector [S40].
