Warning: Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Remove electronic expansion valve coils

Remove the screw and the four way valve coil

Check if the model is cooling only (no four way valve coil)

Open the putty and remove the liquid pipe thermistors

Pull out the gas pipe thermistors

Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor

Remove the discharge pipe thermistor

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.

Ensure pipes and parts heated by the gas brazing machine are cool to avoid burns.

Is the room ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leakage?

Collect all refrigerant gas to prevent atmospheric discharge.

Restore piping using non-oxidation brazing.

Wrap the four way valve with wet cloth and keep it below 120°C (248°F) to prevent oil carbonization and gasket deterioration.

Unfasten the hooks and remove the electrical box cover.

Detach the clamp and disconnect the connector [S70].

Release the fan motor core for the harness of [S70].

Disconnect the connectors for the electronic expansion valve coil.

Disconnect the connector [S40].

Ensure all power supplies are turned off for at least 10 minutes before starting disassembly.

Remove screws from the right side panel

Remove the protection rubber. Note: There is a hook on the back.

Lift up and remove the right side panel.

Remove the 2 screws of the partition plate.

Detach the clamp of the relay harness for the compressor.

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Disconnect the connectors from the service monitor PCB

Unfasten the upper hook and remove the service monitor PCB

Remove the screw of the terminal board and open it

Disconnect the connectors for the terminal board on the right side

Disconnect the connectors for the reactor on the left side

Remove the screws of the main PCB
