Fan Motor Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Remove the fan motor fixing plate
Remove the 2 screws from the fan motor fixing plate
Remove the fan motor fixing plate
Fit the lower hooks when reassembling
Remove the outdoor fan
Remove the nut from the outdoor fan (Nut size: M6)
Remove the outdoor fan
Align the mark of the outdoor fan with the D-cut section of the motor shaft when reassembling
Coil / Thermistor Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Pull out the electronic expansion valve coils.
Remove the screw and remove the four way valve coil.
Cooling only models have no four way valve coil.
Open the putty and remove the liquid pipe thermistors.
When reassembling, meet the edge of the thermistor and the fixture.
Pull out the gas pipe thermistors.
Be careful not to lose the clip.
The positions of the clamp and outdoor heat exchanger thermistor differ depending on the model.

Ensure no contact with heated pipes and parts from the gas brazing machine.
Is the room ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leakage?
Collect all refrigerant gas to prevent atmospheric discharge.
Preparation
Ensure the refrigerant gas is empty in the circuit.
Apply nitrogen replacement when heating the brazed part.
Avoid using a metal saw for cutting pipes.
Outer Panel Removal

Remove the top panel
Remove the 4 screws of the top panel
Remove the top panel
Remove the front panel
Remove the 6 screws of the front panel
Unfasten the 4 hooks of the front panel
Remove the front panel
Remove the shield plate
Compressor Removal

Ensure room ventilation if refrigerant gas leaks during work.
Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire immediately if refrigerant oil catches fire.

Restore piping using non-oxidation brazing.
