Every operation on the system or on the electrical appliances must be carried out only by a Qualified Maintenance Electrician

-Removal and washing of the cell filters of the flat pre-filter sections. The operation must be carried out after opening the door, sliding out the filter cells on the runner

-Check of the level of clogging of the absolute and pocket filters in order to plan their possible replacement

The operation must be carried out after opening the door, unhooking from the frame the anchorage springs which support the filters

-Check on the state of the small connection pipes of the pressure gauges and pressure switches;

Warning: Only a Qualified Maintenance Electrician should perform these operations.

Air treatment, thermo ventilation and air extraction units cleaned?

Water filter of the humidification sections cleaned?

Seal gasket between the body and the cap replaced?

Cell filters replaced if deteriorated?

Nozzles on the humidification ramp checked and cleaned?

Functioning of the float tap of the humidification section checked?

Discharge of the humidification water and condensation checked and siphons cleaned?

On receipt of the machine, carry out the following checks in order to protect your rights should the machine be incomplete (with parts missing) or if the machine has been damaged during transport

a) Before accepting the machine check every single component included in the supply. Check for any damages

b) If the machine has been damaged, do not remove the damaged materials. A series of photographs will be useful for ascertaining responsibility

c) Inform the carrier immediately of the entity of the damage and request the same to immediately inspect the machine

d) Inform the dealer immediately of the entity of the damage to allow the same to arrange for the necessary

repairs. Under no circumstances may a machine be repaired unless it has been inspected by a representative of the transport company

Before use, check that all the protective devices foreseen are installed and efficient;

Warning: It is strictly forbidden to carry out cleaning operations while the unit is functioning. The operators appointed to maintain the unit must be informed of this ban.

Before carrying out any general cleaning operations, the unit must be switched off and voltage must be disconnected from the electrical panel by means of the main switch.

For general cleaning operations, the use of vacuum cleaners and air blowers is allowed to remove impurities from the unit. Cleaning operations must not involve lubricated parts, such as rotating shafts, since this could cause functioning problems and could shorten duration.

For switching off the unit for more or less lengthy periods, it is sufficient to cut off voltage from the unit by means of the main switch.

For the resumption of the activity, after a more or less lengthy period of idleness, general cleaning and starting up procedures are necessary.
