Enter the current mileage of the vehicle

Accessory drive belts visually inspected?

Any fraying, excessive cracking, or damage found?

Was the accessory drive belt replaced?

Sign off on the accessory drive belt inspection

Rotate tires and perform Required Services.

Check engine oil level and oil life percentage.

Change engine oil and filter, if needed.

Drain the diesel fuel filter of water. (Diesel Only)

Inspect evaporative control system. (2)

(2) Visually check all fuel and vapor lines and hoses for proper attachment, connection, routing, and condition.

Enter the tire inflation pressure

Tire inflation pressure matches the recommended pressure?

If the inflation pressure is low, add air until the recommended pressure is reached. If the inflation pressure is high, press on the metal stem in the center of the tire valve to release air.

Tire pressure adjusted correctly?

Enter the windshield washer fluid level

If windshield washer fluid is needed, read the manufacturer's instructions before use. Use a fluid that has sufficient protection against freezing.

Is the Driver Information Center (DIC) indicating a need for fuel filter replacement?

Is the vehicle driven in areas with heavy traffic, poor air quality, high dust levels, or environmental allergens?

Is there reduced airflow, window fogging, or odors?
