Lubricate the pallet truck as per the table
Hydraulic Oil Change
Preparation
Ensure service tool V10-16572 is available
Verify load is between 200-400 kg
Oil Change Process
Pump the load up to maximum lift height
Place the tool beside the top of the hydraulic unit to check oil level
Lay the truck on its side and press the piston to the top
Unscrew the cone valve
Top up with oil to the required level
Steering Wheel Replacement
Removal of Existing Steering Wheel
Remove the hub cap
Remove the locking ring holding the wheel in place
Remove the wheel
Installation of New Steering Wheel
Fit the new wheel
Install the locking ring
Attach the hub cap
Cable Replacement
Cable Removal
Remove the cable and its casing from the tow bar, leaving the lower section of the cable until later
Remove the spiral pin and the two shafts
Remove the bracket from the link arm
Remove the cover from the wheel
Undo the locking ring
Lift the wheel gently, allowing the four rollers to come loose from the direction adjuster
Cable Installation
Fit the new cable in the tow bar through the two upper bushings
Fork Wheel Replacement
Disassembly
Remove the spiral pin and shaft
Remove the wheel
Reassembly
Reassemble the wheel and shaft in reverse order
Post Replacement Check
Verify the wheel is securely attached
Is the wheel functioning properly after replacement?
