Graco Air Motor N34LN2

Ensure the air motor is turned off and depressurized

Remove the 10 air valve cover screws (124)

Remove the air valve cover (112)

Grease all visible moving parts

Was high quality lithium-based grease used?

Air Motor with Integrated Air Controls

Add an accessory airline lubricator to the motor inlet

Select the appropriate Graco airline lubricator for NXT air motors

Air Motor without Integrated Air Controls

Add a standard type filter/regulator/lubricator sized for the specific air motor

Select the appropriate filter/regulator/lubricator

Is the air filter due for a change based on air quality?

Change the air filter if necessary

Stop the pump at the middle of its stroke and relieve the pressure

Disconnect the air line to the motor

Hold the adapter (33) with a wrench and unscrew the lift ring (21)

Remove the screws (134) and slide the housing (132) off the air valve

Disconnect the sensor cable from the circuit board

Thread the cable back through the hole (H) in the side of the adapter (33)

Ensure the replacement battery and fuse are approved as per Table 2 and Table 3.

Verify the replacement location is non-hazardous.

Remove two screws (135) and slide the Data-Trak module (131) out of the housing (132).

Disconnect the runaway solenoid and sensor cables from the module board.

Take the DataTrak module (131) to a non-hazardous location.

Disconnect the used battery and replace with an approved battery.
