Air Motor with Integrated Air Controls

Add accessory airline lubricator to motor inlet

Ensure oil moves through the air filter

Is the air filter in good condition?

Air Motor without Integrated Air Controls

Add standard type filter/regulator/lubricator

Does the air filter need to be changed more frequently due to air quality?

Change the air filter if necessary

Ensure the replacement battery and fuse are approved as per Table 2 and Table 3.

Verify the replacement is conducted in a non-hazardous location.

Remove two screws (135) and slide the Data-Trak module (131) out of the housing (132).

Disconnect the runaway solenoid and sensor cables from the module board.

Take the DataTrak module (131) to a non-hazardous location.

Disconnect the used battery and replace it with an approved battery.

Remove the 10 air valve cover screws (124) and air valve cover (112)

Grease all visible moving parts, especially detent (113) and valve pistons (119)

Check that all parts are reassembled correctly

Verify the air motor operates smoothly after lubrication

Record any issues found during maintenance

Stop the pump at the middle of its stroke and relieve the pressure

Disconnect the air line to the motor

Hold the adapter (33) with a wrench to keep it from turning, and unscrew the lift ring (21)

Remove the screws (134) and carefully slide the housing (132) off the air valve

Disconnect the sensor cable from the circuit board

Thread the cable back through the hole (H) in the side of the adapter (33) and extend it out the top of the adapter
