Pivot Pipe Replacement
Disassembly
Remove the spiral pin and pivot pipe shaft
Turn the chassis upside down
Remove the pressure rod by the pivot pipe
Reassembly
Reassemble all parts in reverse order
Tow Bar Replacement
WARNING! Releasing energy
Brace the pump piston spring when removing the tow bar
Use tools for locking the pump piston
Remove components
Install new tow bar
Fit a new tow bar
Push in the shaft
Fit the shaft
Ensure the tow bar shaft bevelling faces downward
Hydraulic Oil Draining
Preparation
Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available
Disassembly
Tap out the spiral pins and remove both arm bolts from the pressure plate
Undo the locking ring up in the cover top
Remove the hydraulic unit
Oil Draining
Carefully lift out the lift piston
Drain the hydraulic oil into containers
Cable Replacement
Cable Removal
Remove the cable and its casing from the tow bar, leaving the lower section of the cable until later
Remove the spiral pin and the two shafts
Remove the bracket from the link arm
Remove the cover from the wheel
Undo the locking ring
Lift the wheel gently, allowing the four rollers to come loose from the direction adjuster
Remove the cable from the clamp
New Cable Installation
Steering Wheel Replacement
Removal of Existing Steering Wheel
Remove the hub cap
Remove the locking ring holding the wheel in place
Remove the wheel
Installation of New Steering Wheel
Fit the new wheel
Install the locking ring
Attach the hub cap
Post Installation Check
