Atlas Copco Roto-Xtend Duty Fluid used?

Oil separator element replaced?

Oil separator vessel visually inspected for damage and corrosion?

Enter the wall thickness of the oil separator vessel

Sign off on the hourly maintenance

Check air filter service indicator

Check that condensate is discharged during operation

On water-cooled units: check for cooling water flow

Check coolers. Clean if necessary.

Remove the air filter element and inspect. If necessary, clean using an air jet.

Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements?

Check the filter element of the electric cabinet.

Sign off on the monthly maintenance

Replace the filter element of the electric cabinet

Open the manual drain valve (Dm) to clean the filter of the automatic drain

Test the temperature shut-down function

Condensate discharged when pressing the test button on top of the electronic water drain?

On compressors with integrated dryer, follow these steps:

Compressor stopped, air outlet valve closed and voltage switched off?

Any dirt removed from the condenser inlet with a vacuum cleaner?

Cleaned with an air jet in the reverse direction of the normal flow using low pressure air?

Note: Keep the compressed air nozzle more than 30 cm away from the condenser to avoid damaging the of condenser fins.

Dust removed from inside the dryer, e.g. with a vacuum cleaner?

Do not use water or solvents to clean the condenser.
