4000 Hourly Oil, Oil Filter and Oil Separator Change
Run the compressor until warm
Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage
Remove the front and top panels
Depressurize the compressor by unscrewing filler plug one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape
Remove the plug after the system is depressurized
Depressurize the air receiver by opening drain valve
Drain the oil by opening drain valve
Close the valve after draining
Deliver the drained oil to the local oil collection service
3 Monthly PDX Filter Maintenance
Check the service indicator
Replace the filter if necessary
Sign off on the filter maintenance
Oil Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Maintenance
Inspect the condenser of the dryer
Clean if necessary
Check the operation of sensors, electrical interlockings and components
Test the temperature shut-down switch
Inspect the air receiver
The air receiver must no longer be used and must be replaced if the wall thickness is less than the minimum value, specified in the technical documentation of the air receiver
Sign off on the compressor maintenance
Safety Valve Testing
Warning: Only trained personnel should perform this procedure
Is the valve tested on a separate compressed air line?
Is the compressor stopped before removing the valve?
Is this a Full-Feature unit?
If yes, stop the dryer
Is the air outlet valve closed?
Is the voltage switched off?
Are the drain valves opened (if applicable)?
Is the filler plug unscrewed one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape?

Check the oil level
Drain the condensate from the air receiver after stopping
Apply manual drain valve for drain condensation
Drain condensate from the oil separator vessel every 50 Hours / 1 Week
Check the belt tension after 50 running hours
