Replace the oil filter cartridges

Check the fill pressure of the HP-accumulator

Sign off on the hydraulic breaker service

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Cleaned the area around the impact ring?

Removed all remnants of lubricant from the inside of the lower breaker part?

Enter the inside diameter of the lower wear bush

Is the inside diameter of the lower wear bush within permissible diameter?

If not, replace the lower wear bush on site

Enter the inside diameter of the upper wear bush

Is the inside diameter of the upper wear bush within permissible diameter?

If not, replace the upper wear bush and the impact ring in a workshop

Warning: This procedure should be performed by trained personnel only.

Enter the current gas pressure in the piston accumulator

Is the gas pressure equal to or less than the minimum gas pressure?

If the gas pressure is less than the minimum, proceed to the next step. Otherwise, skip to step 9.

Enter the operating temperature of the hydraulic breaker

Is the hydraulic breaker laid down?

Is the threaded plug from the filling valve 'G' removed?

Enter the pressure noted from the test pressure gauge

If the measured value is below the required gas pressure, add nitrogen into the piston accumulator.

Visual check of the tensioning bolts through the service openings placed at the top of the breaker box's rear side

Check the screw connections and tighten as required

Check the pins in the retainer bars

Check that the plugs of the retainer bars are in place and are not damaged

Check the connecting fittings of the ContiLube® II system for leaks;

Warning: Chisel paste is environmentally harmful and must not penetrate the ground or enter the water supplies.

Can the floating ring move freely?

Upload a photo of the floating ring

Dispose of chisel paste polluted by dust and of cloths with chisel paste in accordance with the applicable regulations to avoid environmental hazards.

Is the floating ring, counter ring and guide ring clean?

Is the space in front of the flexible wiper free of all loose dust?

Enter the inside diameter of the floating ring

If the diameter measured exceeds the maximum permissible diameter Dmax, replace the floating ring.
