Disconnect the main power and activate the working switch to ensure no tension on the drive.

Move the slatbelt to the service location by manually turning it.

Remove the slat by pulling back on both tips while keeping thumbs pressed on the centre.

Place new slats on the metal chain ensuring correct alignment with connecting links.

Apply force on the middle of the slat to click it onto the chain, using a rubber hammer if necessary.

Find the conveyor plate with a coloured dot and stop it at the lower end of the Spiralveyor

Ensure the main switch of the Spiralveyor is off to remove tension from the machine

Remove the conveyor plate with the coloured dot and interrupt the chain

Dismount the motor from the shaft by loosening the bolts

Uncouple the motor and loosen the bearing blocks

Remove the guide belts from the wheels

Inspect HF conveyor plates for wear

Are the HF conveyor plates worn out?

Verify if transported products match the technical specification

Do the transported products match the technical specification?

If not resolved, describe the issue and actions taken

Ensure the main switch is turned off to remove tension from the Spiralveyor.

Lay the tape measure on the conveyor belt and select a fixed point for measurement.

Measure the movement of conveyor plates over half a metre in millimetres.

Is the movement more than 38.5 mm?

If more than 38.5 mm, remove a link from the chain. If more than two links need removal, contact the supplier.

Ensure the main switch is turned off to remove tension from the Spiralveyor.

Push the slats apart to fully stretch the chain at the upper or lower end of the Spiralveyor.

Measure the distance between the start of slat 1 and the start of slat 11.

Enter the measured distance in mm.

Is the measured distance more than 387 mm [15.23"]?

Has the chain been shortened by 1.5% of the total length?
