Pull out the ladder formed by uprights and baffle plates

Remove triangular PTFE cord gaskets from longitudinal girder lining

Remove the complete baffle cage

Reassembly

Clean the triangular groove of the longitudinal girder lining and remove grease

Install a new triangular PTFE cord gasket if required and press into position

Note that CP120 and Hygienic CP models do not use triangular PTFE cord gasket
