Tighten blower pulley and motor sheave set screws
Re-check set screws after 10-12 hours run time
Method One: Checking Air Quantity
Remove the dot plugs from the duct panel
Insert eight inches of 1/4 inch metal tubing into the airflow on both sides of the indoor coil
Determine the pressure drop across a dry evaporator coil using an Inclined Manometer or Magnehelic
Ensure compressors are de-energized before taking measurements

Prestart Check List
Check the electrical supply voltage being supplied
Set the room thermostat to the off position
Turn unit electrical power on
Set the room thermostat fan switch to on
Check indoor blower rotation
Check blower drive belt tension
Check the unit supply air (CFM)
Measure evaporator fan motor's amp draw
Supply Air Drive Adjustment
Pre-Adjustment Checks
Review installation for errors, leaks, or undesirable system effects
Verify qualified personnel are performing the adjustment
Blower Speed Adjustment
Enter the required CFM
Enter the measured CFM
Enter the existing datum diameter (DD) of the motor sheave
Calculate the new datum diameter (DD) using the formula: Required CFM / Measured CFM × Existing DD
Adjust the motor variable pitch sheave to the new DD
