Straight Inline Filter Maintenance

Flush the pump and inline filter

Empty the pump in a controlled manner

Place the grounded collection tank under the inline filter

Is there a swivel joint mounted?

Remove the hose if no swivel joint is mounted

Unscrew the inlet and outlet housing with two size 19 wrenches

Does the inline filter have any leaks?

Ensure the device is in the following state before maintenance

Relieve the pressure from the spray gun, high-pressure hoses, and all devices

Secure the spray gun against actuation

Switch off the energy and compressed air supply

Disconnect the control unit from the mains

Ensure the separating agent tank is filled with sufficient separating agent

Pour the supplied separating agent into the intended opening

Check hoses, tubes, and couplings

Product Hoses, Pipes, and Couplings

Are there any leaks in the connections?

Is there any visible wear and tear or damage on the hoses?

Record any wear and tear or damage observed

Check the level of separating agent in the tank

Inspection of Liquid Ejection Devices

Check liquid ejection devices for safe working conditions

Was the inspection conducted by an expert (e.g., WAGNER service technician)?

Are there any shut down devices that require examination?

Can the examination of shut down devices be suspended until the next startup?

Ensure cleaning is performed by qualified and trained personnel

Inform personnel of specific hazards during training

Identify potential hazards during cleaning

Empty system in a controlled manner

Service spray gun according to operating instructions
