Check that the safety fixtures function properly

Pre-Maintenance Safety Measures

Ensure the device is in the following state before maintenance

Relieve the pressure from the spray gun, high-pressure hoses and all devices

Secure the spray gun against actuation

Switch off the energy and compressed air supply

Disconnect the control unit from the mains

Use only WAGNER original spare parts and accessories

Repair and replace only parts listed in the 'Spare parts' chapter

Check hoses, tubes, and couplings

Inspect hoses for wear and tear

Record any wear, tear, or damage found

Ensure cleaning is performed by qualified and trained personnel

Inform personnel of specific hazards during training

Identify potential hazards during cleaning work

Ensure no remaining product dries on and sticks to the device

Empty system in a controlled manner

Straight Inline Filter Maintenance

Flush the pump and inline filter using the spray gun to maximize flow.

Empty the pump in a controlled manner.

Place the grounded collection tank under the inline filter.

Remove the hose if no swivel joint is mounted.

Unscrew the inlet and outlet housing with two size 19 wrenches.

Does the inline filter have any leaks?
