Straight Inline Filter Maintenance

Flush the pump and inline filter

Empty the pump in a controlled manner

Place the grounded collection tank under the inline filter

Remove the hose if no swivel joint is mounted

Unscrew the inlet and outlet housing with two size 19 wrenches

Does the inline filter have any leaks?

Inspection of Liquid Ejection Devices

Check the following liquid ejection devices for safe working conditions

Was the inspection conducted by an expert?

Is the device in safe working condition?

Is the device currently shut down?

Has the examination been suspended until the next startup?

Ensure the device is in the following state before maintenance

Relieve the pressure from the spray gun, high-pressure hoses and all devices

Secure the spray gun against actuation

Switch off the energy and compressed air supply

Disconnect the control unit from the mains

Maintenance Personnel Guidelines

Ensure maintenance is performed by qualified and trained personnel

Verify personnel are informed of specific hazards during their training

Ensure cleaning is performed by qualified and trained personnel

Inform personnel of specific hazards during training

Empty system in a controlled manner

Service spray gun according to operating instructions

Clean and check the suction system and the suction filter

Check that the safety fixtures function properly
