Measure tire inflation pressure of the wheels

Inspect for tire cuts, damage, and uneven wearing

Retighten for loose rim and hub nuts

Inspect for metal chips, pebbles, or foreign matter trapped in tire grooves

Inspect rim, side bearing, and disc wheel for damage

Inspect for abnormal sound and looseness in the front wheel bearing

Inspect for abnormal sound and looseness in the rear wheel bearing

Measure looseness of axle beam in vehicle longitudinal direction while forklift is new

Inspect for play and looseness in the steering wheel

Inspect the function of the steering wheel

Retighten looseness in mounting of the gear box

Inspect for oil leaks in the power steering

Inspect for looseness in mounting and linkage of power steering

Inspect for king pin looseness in the knuckle

Sign off on the steering system maintenance

Inspect for cracks on the distributor cap

Inspect for spark plug burning and measure the gap

Inspect for burning on the distributor side terminal

Inspect for wear and damage on the distributor cap center piece

Inspect pinion gear meshing status

Inspect wiring harness for damage

Measure play and reserve in the brake pedal

Inspect the braking effect of the brake pedal

Inspect the operating force of the parking brake

Inspect the braking effect of the parking brake

Inspect for looseness or damage in the parking brake rod and cable

Inspect for leaks, damage, and mounting condition of the brake pipe

Inspect for leaks and fluid level in the reservoir tank

Measure clearance between drum and lining

Sign off on the braking system maintenance

Retighten loosening and damage of cylinder mounting

Inspect deformation and damage of rod, rod screw and rod end

Measure natural drop and natural forward tilt

Inspect for oil leaks and damage in the cylinder

Inspect for wear and damage of the pin and cylinder bearing

Inspect for oil leaks and abnormal sound from the oil pump
