Clean hydraulic oil tank and oil strainer

Replace hydraulic oil return filter

Inspect function, wear, damage, leak and mounting looseness in Master cylinder and wheel cylinder

Inspect wear of shoe sliding portion and lining

Inspect shoe operating condition

Inspect automatic adjuster function

Inspect backing plate for deformation, cracks and damage

Retighten backing plate loose mounting

Inspect cracks, damage and deformation of housing

Inspect cracks, damage and deformation of beam

Measure looseness of axle beam in vehicle longitudinal direction

Sign off on the drive system maintenance

Measure voltage of each battery cell after charging

Inspect magnet switch function, contact fouling and roughening in charger

Inspect installation status of the arc shooter

Inspect magnet contactor's function and timing

Inspect looseness of the coil mounting parts

Inspect mounting condition of the main circuit lead wire, looseness

Measure motor input voltage of the controller

Sign off on the electrical system maintenance

Retighten drive unit bolt or nut looseness

Measure relief pressure in oil control valve

Inspect damage of power steering hose

Inspect cracks and deformation in knuckle
