2. Replace the charge hydraulic filter at the hydraulic lift compartment.

Check mark

3. Lower and secure the operator’s seat.

400 Hourly Mower Maintenance

Check mark

• Service the air cleaner (earlier if the air-cleaner indicator shows red, and more frequently in extremely dirty or dusty conditions).

Check mark

Check the air-cleaner body for damage which could cause an air leak. Replace it if it is damaged. Check the whole intake system for leaks, damage, or loose hose clamps.

Check mark

Service the air-cleaner filter only when the service indicator requires it. Changing the air filter before it is necessary only increases the chance of dirt entering the engine when you remove the filter.

Check mark

Important: Ensure that the cover is seated correctly and seals with the air-cleaner body.

Check mark

1. Replace the air cleaner

Check mark

Note: Do not clean a used element because cleaning it can damage the filter media.

Check mark

Important: Never attempt to clean the safety filter. Replace the safety filter after every 3 primary filter services.

Check mark

2. Reset the indicator if it shows red.

Check mark

• Inspect the fuel lines and connections.
