Dryer Desiccant Bed Maintenance
Read instructions completely before attempting to remove the beds.
Initial Setup
Set Off/Auto/On switch to On.
Set key switch to 'Adjust Setpoints'.
Remove side panels.
Bed Removal Procedure
Follow the procedure in Section 8.2 'Forcing a Bed Index'.
Remove power from the dryer when beds are clear of the manifolds.
Loosen the band clamps and remove the bed from the unit.

Did the Blower Rotation Alarm activate?
Is the alarm light on?
Is there a message on the digital readout indicating incorrect phasing?

Remove the side panel to access the process blower motor.
Initial Blower Motor Rotation Check
Pre-Check Preparation
Ensure the unit is powered off before starting the check.
Verify that the Blower Rotation Alarm is installed on the dryer.
Blower Motor Rotation Check
Is the Blower Rotation Alarm activated?
If no alarm is present, is the blower motor rotating clockwise?
Corrective Action
If the blower rotation is incorrect, reverse any two of the three incoming power leads to the terminal block.
Do not swap the power leads at the blower itself.
