Listen for unusual noises or vibration

Visually inspect to see that conveyor sections are clear and free of debris

Check to see that all safety guards are in place

Check for any unusual noises or vibration

Check air filter bowls for accumulated water

Warning: Always use a vacuum cleaner for cleaning, not compressed air

Is the control cabinet free of dust and dirt after cleaning?

Upload a photo of the cleaned control cabinet

Sign off on the control cabinet cleaning

Drive unit unusual noises check

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Rollers are clean and free from tape, banding, shrink-wrap, etc.

If rollers are not clean, clean them immediately

If rollers are not rotating freely, rotate the axle to a new position

Roller bearings are in good condition

If a defective roller bearing is found, replace the roller

Sign off on the roller maintenance

Inspect bearings and motors for excessive noise or heat

Clean breather cap on Gearmotor (if used)

Check operation of all electrical controls

Check for proper PSI on air regulators

Sign off on the weekly maintenance
