Position the chamber for rear access

Check with the manufacturer for approved cleaning methods

Turn off the expectorant supply

Remove the expectorant supply hose from the rear of the chamber

Unplug the chamber from the line voltage.

Turn off the expectorant supply.

Disconnect expectorant supply hose from the chamber.

Ensure that the heating elements and the interior of the chamber have reached ambient temperature.

Remove the #6 screws located on the perimeter of the chamber back plate.

Carefully pivot back plate away without stress to the line or fuse wiring.

Unplug the chamber from the line voltage.

Turn off the expectorant supply and disconnect expectorant supply hose from the chamber.

Ensure that the heating elements and the interior of the chamber have reached ambient temperature.

Remove Temperature Controller Section

Follow the steps required to remove the temperature controller section as described earlier.

Remove the (3) 6-32 screws and the (4) 8-32 screws located around the blower air intake on the rear wall of the interior of the test chamber.

Unplug the chamber from the line voltage.

Turn off the expectorant supply.

Disconnect expectorant supply hose from the chamber.

Ensure that the heating elements and the interior of the chamber have reached ambient temperature.

Remove the (3) 6-32 screws and the (4) 8-32 screws around the blower air intake on the rear wall of the interior of the test chamber.

Remove the (2) 6-32 screws located on the ceiling of the test chamber and the air baffle.

Cooling Module Assembly Replacement

Unplug the chamber from the line voltage

Turn off the expectorant supply

Disconnect supply hose from the chamber

Ensure components carrying the expectorant have reached ambient temperature

Remove the controller chassis as described in 'Temperature controller section removal'
