Temperature Controller Section Replacement
Preparation
Unplug the chamber from the line voltage
Turn off the expectorant supply
Disconnect expectorant supply hose from the chamber
Ensure all components of the chamber have reached ambient temperature
Disassembly
Position the chamber on its left side as viewed from the front
Remove the 6-32 screws from the bottom of the chamber/control section intersection
Remove the 6-32 screws from the top of the chamber/control section intersection
Blower Motor Replacement
Important Note
Initial Preparations
Unplug the chamber from the line voltage.
Turn off the expectorant supply and disconnect expectorant supply hose from the chamber.
Ensure that the heating elements and the interior of the chamber have reached ambient temperature.
Remove Temperature Controller Section
Follow the steps required to remove the temperature controller section as described earlier.
Remove Air Baffle
Remove the (3) 6-32 screws and the (4) 8-32 screws around the blower air intake on the rear wall of the interior of the test chamber.

Preparation
Unplug the chamber from the line voltage
Turn off the expectorant supply
Disconnect supply hose from the chamber
Ensure components carrying the expectorant have reached ambient temperature
Controller Chassis Removal
Remove the controller chassis as described in 'Temperature controller section removal'
Solenoid Voltage Disconnect
Mechanical Fail-Safe Replacement
Preparation
Unplug the chamber from the line voltage
Turn off the expectorant supply
Disconnect expectorant supply hose from the chamber
Ensure heating elements and chamber interior have reached ambient temperature
Remove Chamber Back Plate
Remove the (14) or (18) #6 screws from the perimeter of the chamber back plate
Carefully pivot back plate away without stressing line or fuse wiring
Remove Fail-Safe Thermostat
Expectorant Filter Cleaning
Preparation
Position the chamber for rear access
Filter Removal
Turn off the expectorant supply
Remove the expectorant supply hose from the rear of the chamber
Remove the filter back section
Remove the filter
Filter Cleaning
Remove any contamination from the filter
