Shaft Coupling Maintenance
Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!
Protective grill removed from the adapter housing
Retaining screw located on the outer sleeve loosened
Sleeve slid to one side, exposing the coupling element
Coupling element unwrapped from the coupling jaws
New element installed by wrapping it around the jaws, engaging the cogs on the element into the jaws
Outer sleeve and the protective grill reinstalled
Outer sleeve screws tightened to 45 in·lbs (5 N·m)
Sign off on the shaft coupling maintenance
Initial 50 Hours Air Compressor Cleaning
Warning: Ensure the air compressor is turned off and cooled down before starting the cleaning process.
Clean the return line strainer.
Clean the return line orifice.
Sign off on the air compressor cleaning
2000 Hourly / 6 Monthly Air Compressor Maintenance
Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!
Clean the return line strainer
Replace the fluid filter element
Pull oil sample for analysis
Check air filter. Change if necessary

Fluid Maintenance
Drain the separator/sump tank and change the compressor fluid using instructions shown below:
Lubricant:; Sullube® (7.2 gal / 27.3 L): Fluid change - E, Fluid filter change - G, C, Separator change - I, D
PristineFGTM (7.2 gal / 27.3 L): Fluid change - H, E, Fluid filter change - G, C, Separator change - B, D
B—4,000 hours or more frequently if conditions so require.
C—When measured pressure loss exceeds 20 psig (1.3 bar).
D—When measured pressure loss exceeds 10 psig (0.7 bar).
E—When required by fluid analysis or known contamination.
F—Does not require replacement during normal service conditions.
G—Every 2,000 hours.
1 Daily Air Compressor Inspection
Before starting the compressor
Fluid level in the separator/sump tank
If fluid level is low, add the necessary amount. If the addition of fluid becomes too frequent, refer to the troubleshooting guide.
After starting the compressor
Controller display monitors the correct readings for their particular phase of operation?
After the compressor has warmed up
General check on the overall compressor shows it is running properly?
Detailed visual inspection
Check for loose wiring.
