Cleaning or disinfecting the external product surface

Cleaned external surfaces with a fresh, clean wipe to remove all visible soils

Disinfected external surfaces with a fresh, clean wipe until wet

Hand washed all surfaces of the product with warm water and mild detergent

Warning: Use gloves and safety glasses while handling sodium thiosulfate

Enter the amount of sodium thiosulfate used

Was the solution applied to the stained area?

Sign off on the iodine replacement
