Insert thermometer in an unbreakable plastic bottle partially filled with water.

Place the bottle in the unit for 24 hours.

Refrain from opening the unit during the test.

Check temperature and record the reading.

Disconnect main electrical power

Locate the condenser behind the louvered toe plate

Use a soft bristle brush to remove dust and lint from the condenser

Use a vacuum to remove remaining dust and lint from the condenser

Remove the glass light cover by pulling it off

Replace with an identical or smaller bulb (Part# 67026)

Is the new bulb functioning properly?

Dispose of the old bulb properly
