Ensure the condenser is powered off

Gather necessary cleaning tools (long handled, stiff brush)

Use a long handled, stiff brush to clean the dirt from the front surface of the condenser

Check if the condenser fins are intact and not bent after cleaning

Is the condenser free from dust and dirt?

Dispose of any collected dirt and debris properly

Ensure you have a screwdriver for adjustment

Locate the temperature control inside the cabinet on the left-hand side of the evaporator fan panel assembly

Record the current temperature setting

Select the desired temperature adjustment direction

Turn the adjusting screw in the selected direction until the desired temperature is achieved

Is the condenser fan motor turning on and off with the compressor?

Use a mild detergent and water to clean the inside of the cabinet

Use a mild detergent and water to clean the outside of the cabinet

Did you avoid using a scouring pad or abrasive cleanser?

Did you use an industrial strength, commercial cleaner for the outside of painted cabinets?
