Carbon Bags and Pre-Filters Replacement

Record the laboratory analysis results for oil in water content

Is the oil in water content within the maximum permitted levels?

Is the outlet water cloudy due to detergents and additives?

Does the carbon bag require changing before the 3 month schedule based on water quality?

Rotate and remove the tube lids to gain access to the carbon bags.

Ensure safety equipment is worn

Remove the old carbon bags and pre-filters from the unit.

Dispose of old carbon bags and pre-filters in accordance with local legislation.

Remove the new carbon bags from their packaging.

Soak the carbon bags in water, agitating frequently to remove air bubbles and accumulated dust.
