1 Daily Dryer Check

Before any maintenance, make sure the pneumatic circuit is no longer pressurized and the dryer is disconnected from the main power supply.

NOTE: Always use the Manufacturer’s original spare parts: otherwise the Manufacturer is relieved of all liability regarding machine malfunctioning.

NOTE: In case of refrigerant leakage, contact qualified and authorized personnel.

NOTE: The Schrader valve must only be used in case of machine malfunction: otherwise any damage caused by incorrect refrigerant charging will not be covered by the warranty.

Check POWER ON indicator is lit.

Check control panel indicators.

1 Weekly Dryer Check

Before any maintenance, make sure the pneumatic circuit is no longer pressurized and the dryer is disconnected from the main power supply

Check condensate drain.

12 Months Dryer Maintenance

Warning: Make sure the pneumatic circuit is no longer pressurized and the dryer is disconnected from the main power supply.

Note: Always use the Manufacturer’s original spare parts.

Note: In case of refrigerant leakage, contact qualified and authorized personnel.

Note: The Schrader valve must only be used in case of machine malfunction.

Depressurize the dryer and complete drain maintenance.

Depressurize the dryer and replace pre- and post-filter elements.

Sign off on the dryer maintenance

4 Months Dryer Maintenance
