Before performing any maintenance on the machine ensure that air pressure is vented from the system. Also make sure that personnel performing the maintenance have read the maintenance section of the manual.

Refer to lock-out/tag-out procedures.

Upon completion of the maintenance tasks be sure that the machine has been properly reassembled prior to restarting and reintroducing air.

Check control panel indicators.

Sign off on the daily dryer check

Before performing any maintenance on the machine ensure that air pressure is vented from the system. Also make sure that personnel performing the maintenance have read the maintenance section of the manual.

Refer to lock-out/tag-out procedures.

Upon completion of the maintenance tasks be sure that the machine has been properly reassembled prior to restarting and reintroducing air.

Depressurized dryer. Replace pre and after filter elements.

Depressurized dryer. Complete drain maintenance.

Sign off on the 1 Year Dryer Maintenance

Clean condensing coil fins (air cooled units only).

Check compressor oil level sight glass (250 to 1200 SCFM).
